Puppies

Here's a couple pictures of our litter of puppies. Aren't they cute? They will be ready to go to their new homes in a few weeks. They turned out really cute. Bet we keep one. The names are: Vixen, Coal, Mocha, Star and Marley. We tried to find Christmas names for them since they were born in December. Vixen got her name because she has a white "V" on her chest and that was the only "V" name we could think of (besides Virgin), Coal is for "lump of Coal", Mocha for a hot chocolate flavor, Star has a white star on her chest and Marley is after Jacob Marley, the ghost on A Christmas Carol. Plus, the movie Marley and Me came out on Christmas and I loved the book. Well, anyway, the pups are cute as they can be and have been a lot of fun. I posted them on ustream.tv/channel/puppy-tales for the family to watch the puppies grow. It's been fun.

Trip to Utah

I added these pictures a week or so ago but didn't have time to write anything. My trip to Logan was soo fun. It started off with Jake and Ashley picking me up at the airport and taking me to dinner. Then we went to their house to see what's new. They have new furniture!! Then they took me (and Jaxon) to Layton where Buff and Carla met us and took us the rest of the way to Logan. Let's see......we rode the Frontrunner train to Salt Lake to see the lights at temple square, I got to see my new grandson Stone, we had a New Year's Eve bash and mother and dads, we went to see Marley and Me on New Years day, we ate lots of good food along the way. We had so much food for New Years Eve we were eating the left overs for days. Friday Jaxon and I rode to SLC with Tyson for the wedding rehearsal. That was fun to spend that time with him. Then, Saturday the big wedding day finally arrived. We all got ready and then drove to Salt Lake. The wedding was beautiful!! Ashley was gorgeous, Jake was handsome and it was a very beautiful, classy wedding. After the wedding I took Jake's little girls to their mom and we drove home. I was wore out!! All that smiling...whew! And all those pictures!!! There were over 600 pictures to look at after the wedding. Sunday was a day to hang out with the family. We ate lunch at Carla and Lorens house. Albert and Kim were down for the wedding, as well as Buff coming home, so we all got to be together for a picture. Monday morning came way to fast and it was time to get back on the airplane. The airport was so busy it made me nervous. Laura took us down but we didn't even get to hug goodbye. The mean airport police made her pull away from the curve before we could say goodbye. All went well, in spite of my nerves and we made it home with out a hitch.
